Rules

  1. All meat will be provided by Noblesville Rotary.
  2. Each team is required to cook five pounds for judging in whatever category they have entered.
  3. ENTRIES WILL BE JUDGED ON TASTE, TENDERNESS AND CREATIVITY.
  4. Must provide own cooking utensils, cooking fuel and fire extinguisher.
  5. Approved cooking fuels are: wood, charcoal or wood pellets.
  6. All serving tables, utensils and paper goods are provided.
  7. Teams will consist of 1 to 4 people max, MINORS ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHIN THE FENCED AREA OF THE EVENT AFTER 4:00 PM.
